Bawumia to tour Ahafo, Bono and Bono East from May,8
The flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, is gearing up for an extensive campaign across the Ahafo, Bono, and Bono East Regions.
Promising to delve deep into the nation's economic heartbeat, Dr. Bawumia aims to spotlight the crucial mining sector as he charts his vision for Ghana's future.
A statement released on Sunday, 5 May,2024 signed by the Director of Communications for the Bawumia Campaign Team, Dennis Miracles Aboagye, outlined the upcoming engagements in Dr. Bawumia's itinerary.
There will be a transformative dialogue orchestrated by the University of Energy and Natural Resources. Scheduled for Wednesday, May 8th, 2024, the event is set to witness Dr. Bawumia sharing his insights and unveiling solutions for the mining sector's advancement.
On Thursday, 9 May, 2024, Dr. Bawumia will address the Heads of Anti-Corruption Agencies in Commonwealth Africa.
In his speech, he will shine a light on the intricate links between digitalisation and corruption in governance, underscoring his dedication to fostering transparent and accountable leadership.
The Bawumia Campaign Team also called on Ghanaians, to continue “to stay” with the NPP flagbearer on the campaign journey as he unveils “Bold Solutions for the next chapter of Ghana’s development.”
