South DCE nominee conformed after first round

After an hour of deliberations and consultations, Assembly Members of the South Dayi District in the Volta Region have confirmed Mr. Courage Kwame Kokroko as the District Chief Executive(DCE).
In his acceptance speech, Mr. Kokroko pledged to unite the people and spearhead development initiatives in the area.
Meanwhile, in the North Dayi District, Mr. Ernest Adovor has also been confirmed as the District Chief Executive with an overwhelming 94 percent of votes.
Out of a total of 32 voters, he secured 30 votes, with two votes against his confirmation.
