2nd registration window for 2024/2025 football season closes in 6 days, GFA says

The second registration window for the 2024/25 football season closes in six days, the Ghana Football Association (GFA) has served a notice to all clubs, players, and stakeholders.
The second window for the 2024/25 football season began on December 23, 2024. It closes on Wednesday, January 22, 2025.
“The 2nd Registration Window provides clubs in various divisions the opportunity to register new players or make adjustments to their squads for the rest of the season,” the GFA explained, Thursday, January 16, 2025.
“Clubs are also to note that the deadline for clubs to make payments to their club's Registration Wallet on the FIFA Connect ends on Saturday, January 17, 2025.
“This directive is to ensure that there will not be any loading of wallet challenges during the last three days of registration.
“Clubs are also to note that any balance on their wallet after this registration window could be utilized in subsequent registration windows.”
The GFA emphasised: “All stakeholders are hereby informed that dates shall not be changed and will be strictly enforced and are advised to adhere to these very important directives on the 2nd Window Registration.”
