Mahama urges Yamfo residents to 'vote wisely' in upcoming elections
The flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Mr John Dramani Mahama, has called on the people of Yamfo to make informed decisions when casting their votes in the upcoming December 7, general elections.
Speaking during a campaign stop in the Tano North Constituency, Mr Mahama criticized the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) for reversing the progress made under the previous NDC's administration.
Mr Mahama emphasized that voting based on family or community ties is no longer relevant in modern politics, urging the electorate to prioritize truth and development when deciding their vote.
"The era where one votes for a political party because of family or community is over.
Times have changed, and it's important to vote for leaders who can deliver real development," he told the chiefs and people of Yamfo.
