NPA lists 47 OMCs with outstanding PDM debts
The National Petroleum Authority (NPA) has listed some 47 Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) that are indebted to the Primary Distribution Margin (PDM) fund.
The Authority has asked them to settle their debts by February 23, 2023 or they take legal action against them.
