GOIL CEO engages dealers to strengthen collaboration and operational efficiency

The Group Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of GOIL PLC, Mr. Edward Bawa, has held a strategic meeting with the leadership of GOIL Dealers as part of efforts to enhance collaboration and improve working relations across the company’s nationwide operations.

The engagement, which took place at a critical juncture for the company, emphasized the importance of unity and shared vision in sustaining GOIL’s position as a leader in Ghana’s oil marketing industry.

Addressing the gathering, Mr. Bawa highlighted the value of strong partnerships in achieving corporate objectives, stating, “Our collective success depends on how effectively we work together.

This engagement with our Dealers is a vital step towards aligning our goals, addressing challenges, and building a stronger, more responsive GOIL.”

Joining Mr. Bawa at the meeting were key members of GOIL’s management team, including Dr. Marcus Dake, Head of Corporate Affairs; Ing. Denis Amui, Head of Operations; Mr. Augustine Boateng, Head of Fuels Marketing; Ing. Joshua Duodu, Head of Technical and Special Products; Mr. Roger Baah, Head of IT; Mr. Mark Ofori Amanfo, Technical Advisor to the Group CEO & MD; Dr. Alhassan M. Kamil, Business Development Manager; and Mr. Robert Kyere, Public Relations Manager.

Discussions during the meeting focused on practical strategies to ensure uninterrupted product supply, enhance operational efficiency, and streamline communication between management and dealers.

The stakeholders also reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening the frontline partnerships that drive GOIL’s success.

The meeting concluded with a shared resolution to build on existing collaborations and foster a culture of transparency, mutual respect, and operational excellence.
