Volta Regional Minister commends Assembly Members for unanimous endorsement of DCE nominees

The Volta Regional Minister, James Gunu, has commended the Assembly Members of Akatsi North, Agortime Ziope, and Adaklu districts for giving a 100 percent endorsement to their District Chief Executive (DCE) nominees.
Speaking to the media after the confirmation of the first three DCEs, Mr. Gunu praised the Assembly Members for their cooperation and commitment to progress.
He urged the remaining 15 districts in the Volta Region to follow the example set by the three districts.
The Minister emphasized that President Mahama is committed to developing the country, but any delays in confirming DCE nominees could hinder progress at both the district and national levels.
He encouraged the other districts to expedite the endorsement process to ensure smooth and timely development.
