Pay $5m out of $6m fine to Appiatse Support Fund – Akufo-Addo

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has directed that $5million out of the total $6million to be paid by Maxam Ghana Limited to the government be donated to the Appiatse Support Fund.
The fund was set up by the government to among others support the victims of the explosion that razed the town and aid in the reconstruction of the community.
