Damongo: Yagbonwura honours Abu Jinapor for tremendous development
The King and Overlord of the Gonja Kingdom, Yagbonwura Bii-Kunuto Jewu Soale I, has presented a special citation to the MP, and Minister for Lands and Natural Resources MP Samuel Abu Jinapor
The citation recognises Mr Abu Jinapor for his tremendous support to the Jakpa Palace, Yagbonwura, and the development of Damongo.
Dated September 23, 2024, the citation notes: "Your significant contributions have advanced the progress and welfare of the Palace and the Damongo Constituency, showcasing your profound commitment to the community's growth and prosperity."
Mr Abu Jinapor has been instrumental in transforming Damongo into a modern city, promoting tangible development and economic activities as well as supporting reforestation initiatives through his annual tree planting programme.
For his development-oriented approach in leading the Damongo Constituency, the Yagbonwura, the Jakpa Palace and the entire Gonja Kingdom extended their sincere gratitude and deep appreciation for Mr Abu Jinapor's extraordinary support and dedication.
