Mahama pledges to upgrade Ekumfi community day SHS to boarding status
The NDC flagbearer John Dramani Mahama has promised to transform the John Evans Atta Mills Community Day Senior High School in Ekumfi into a full boarding school, a move he says will bring significant benefits to students, parents, teachers, and the community.
Speaking at Ekumfi during his Central Regional campaign tour, Mahama explained that this upgrade would create a more stable environment for learning and personal growth.
Mahama assured voters that if elected in the December 7 elections, he would prioritize this project alongside other initiatives aimed at fostering progress in Ekumfi and throughout Ghana.
Confident in the NDC's prospects, he emphasized his commitment to development and stability, urging voters to support a leadership focused on real change.
Taking aim at the current New Patriotic Party (NPP) administration, Mahama criticized its unfulfilled promises, which he said have plunged the country into economic hardship. He encouraged Ghanaians to resist being swayed by empty promises and instead support experienced leadership that can restore stability and growth to the nation.
