7th meeting of 8th parliament to be at the Grand Arena

A notice has been served indicating the seventh meeting of the fourth session of the eighth parliament of the fourth republic of Ghana will take place at the Grand Arena of the Accra International Conference Centre (AICC).
The notice was dated Wednesday, December 11, 2024, signed by Speaker Alban S. K. Bagbin.
“Pursuant to the notice dated 2nd December, 2024 summoning parliament, I, Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin, Speaker of Parliament, do hereby appoint the Grand Arena, Accra International Conference Centre as the place of the meeting,” the notice said.
The change in venue is due to the ongoing renovation of the Parliament House towards the commencement of the 9th Parliament.
