Pray for, cheer on Hasaacas Ladies to victory – First Lady

First Lady Rebecca Akufo-Addo has said Hasaacas Ladies FC have promised her the team will be returning to Ghana with the CAF Women’s Champions League trophy.
The team will be playing Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies of South Africa later today, Friday, 19 November 2021 in the finals of the CAF Women’s Champions League ongoing in Egypt.
The South Africans have not conceded a goal in the competition but Ghana has a potent attack, with the ladies scoring 10 times en route to the final.
Mrs Akufo-Addo disclosed in a Facebook post that she has spoken with the coach, management and playing body and wished them well, on behalf of all Ghanaians.
“They assured me they will bring the cup home,” the First Lady said.
She called on all Ghanaians to pray for the team and cheer them on to victory.
