Vote for Alan Kyerematen to end NDC, NPP corruption, nepotism – E-KOD tells voters
“The government of Alan Kyerematen will benefit all of us and not just some,” Elijah Kwame Owusu Danso (E-KOD) has asserted.
The vice presidential candidate of the Movement for Change (M4C), founded and led by Alan John Kwadwo Kyerematen, spoke to an eager crowd at Kojokrom Lorry Station during his tour of the Western Region.
EKOD decried “32 years of the NDC and NPP, which has created a corrupt and nepotistic system that favours only card-bearing members of the duopoly”.
He observed, with worry, that unemployment was a persisting challenge that was being exploited by some institutions with individuals who enjoy lofty positions because of their connections to politicians in the ‘winner-takes-all’ system.
“If you want your child to join the police, immigration, customs, or fire service, after all the fees you’ve paid for their education, you’d still have to sell your precious cloth to go pay a bride for your child before they are given an opportunity in these service institutions,” he said.
The market women in his audience lifted their voices in agreement.
“If you don’t know a government official who will put you on a protocol list, you’d have to pay bride, when you're looking for a job,” E-KOD emphasised.
The lawyer and former musician asserted, “Ghana is for Ghanaian citizens and not for the [major] political parties.”
He challenged the electorate to tear apart the corrupt system that encourages bribery and various forms of lawlessness by voting in Alan Kyerematen to end the duopoly of the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP) and main opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC).
“We need to rescue our country for the sake of posterity,” he declared, wearing his yellow ‘Vote Alan #13’ hat.
Come December 7, 2024, “we’re all voting for Mr John Alan Kwadwo Kyerematen,” E-KOD encouraged.
His audience agreed, stating their only choice was his boss, the last option on the ballot.
