NDC polls: Asiedu Nketia’s son wins Tano South, Zenator retains Klottey-Korle

Charles Asiedu, the son of the chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Johnson Asiedu Nketia has won the party’s parliamentary primaries in the Tano South constituency.
Mr Asiedu beat three others to lead the NDC as its parliamentary candidate for election 2024.
In Accra, the daughter of the late former President Jerry John Rawlings, Dr Zenator Agyemang-Rawlings also retained her seat.
Dr Agyeman-Rawlings who polled 1194 beat Meredith Naakai Lamptey-Addy, the daughter of the late business mogul, David Lamptey who polled 194 and Nii John Coleman who polled 360.
Dr Agyeman-Rawlings, thus, leads the party in election 2024.
