                                Mr. Kennedy Osei Nyarko, the Member of Parliament (MP) for Akim Swedru Constituency in the Eastern Region, has endorsed Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh, also known as Napo, as Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia's favoured running mate in the 2024 presidential contest.
The Akim Swedru MP praised Dr. Opoku Prempeh for his dedication and abilities, noting that he possessed a special blend of hard work, intelligence, and compassion.

I knew this day was certainly going to come and the advice you were giving to me on the streets of Paris way back in 2013.

As Dr. Bawumia prepares to introduce Dr. Opoku Prempeh's candidacy to the NPP National Council, the endorsement is a crucial step towards determining the party's leadership slate for the upcoming election.
Mr Kennedy Osei Nyarko urged party members to back Dr. Bawumia's selection, emphasizing the need for collaboration to secure victory in the forthcoming election.
Mr Kennedy Osei Nyarko emphasized that we must unite behind our presidential candidate and provide him with support during the nomination process.
