History will remember you for your transformational policies – NPP USA to Bawumia

The First Vice Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) USA, James Owusu, has lauded Dr Mahamudu Bawumia for his visionary leadership and transformative policies.
Speaking on behalf of the party’s diaspora branch, Mr Owusu assured the former Vice President of Ghana that his contributions to the country’s development would be recognised and appreciated for generations to come.
His remarks came in response to Dr Bawumia’s address at Harvard University on Saturday, February 15, where he outlined Ghana’s digital transformation and the role of technology in economic development.
Mr Owusu acknowledged the significant strides made under Dr Bawumia’s leadership, particularly in digitalisation, financial inclusion, and governance reforms.
“Today, as some may seek to undermine your legacy and the transformational policies you spearheaded, we assure you that history will vindicate you,” Mr Owusu stated.
He emphasised that the impact of these policies would continue to shape Ghana’s progress, despite any political opposition or criticism.
The NPP USA leadership reaffirmed its unwavering support for Dr Bawumia, urging Ghanaians to recognise the long-term benefits of his initiatives.
They expressed confidence that his legacy would be remembered as a pivotal chapter in Ghana’s journey towards economic modernisation and digital excellence.
