Election 2024 will be peaceful – Akufo-Addo assures Ghanaians

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has assured Ghanaians of a peaceful elections come December 2024.
He also wished Ghanaians well ahead of the elections.
Speaking in Parliament, on Tuesday, 27 February 2024, while delivering the State of the Nation Address, President Akufo-Addo said: “The elections will be held peacefully, and the candidate with credibility to take us on to a higher level will win. Let me wish all of us well in the elections on 7th December.”
He, however, disclosed the commissioning of some projects before the December 7 elections.
The projects include the Nana Agyeman Prempeh I International Airport in Kumasi, and naming the recently commissioned airport in Tamale renamed as the Yakubu Tali International Airport.
