Dec. 7 polls: Razak Kojo Opoku urges Ghanaians to support Bawumia’s “Good Samaritan” leadership
Mr Razak Kojo Opoku, a former Director of Communications for the National Lottery Authority(NLA) has called on Ghanaians to support Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia’s presidential bid, arguing that Bawumia would serve Ghana better than his Christian counterparts.
Drawing from the Parable of the Good Samaritan in Luke 10:29-37, Kojo Opoku urged voters to choose wisely, likening Bawumia to the compassionate Samaritan who helped those in need.
Mr Kojo Opoku specifically praised the Free Senior High School (SHS) policy introduced under the Bawumia-led government, contrasting it with former President John Mahama’s administration, which he claims did not provide free SHS education.
In his remarks, he suggested that Bawumia, whom he called a "Good Samaritan," has made education accessible to all Ghanaian children.
Citing the importance of compassionate governance, Kojo Opoku in a statement emphasized his belief that Bawumia, a Muslim, has proven his commitment to the welfare of Ghanaians, regardless of religious background, by implementing policies that benefit the nation.
