Former Member of Parliament (MP) for Twifo Atti-Morkwa Constituency in the Central Region, Dr Samuel Atto Amoah has lamented that since the exit of the former President John Dramani Mahama in 2016, all the roads he touched in the Twifo Atti-Morkwa district have been abandoned by the current New Patriotic Party administration.

He made this lamentation speaking in an exclusive interview with Class 91.3 FM's correspondent for Central Region, Nana Tawiah.

Dr Samuel Atto Amoah disclosed that former President Mahama began the construction of the Twifo Praso to Cape Coast Road, Twifo Praso to Assin Foso Road and the Twifo Praso to Wassa Ateiku Road and despite the infamous declaration of 'Year of Roads' by Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo in 2021, contractors on all these roads are nowhere to be found.

He added that everybody in the Twifo Atti-Morkwa district wishes the comeback of former President John Dramani Mahama to continue his unfinished business in the district.

Dr Samuel Atto Amoah pledged 99.99% of votes for Mr John Dramani Mahama in the party's upcoming flagbearership election.

''That won't be enough, the people of Twifo Atti-Morkwa Constituency will also show unflinching appreciation to the former president in the 2024 general elections," he assured.
