Ashanti NDC women's wing launches initiative to promote Mahama's Women's Development Bank agenda

The Women's wing of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Ashanti region has announced plans to launch a "door-to-door" campaign to promote their "Women Development Bank" initiative.
This initiative aims to provide women, particularly traders, with access to loan facilities to start and expand their businesses if the party wins the upcoming December general elections.
Regional Women's Organiser, Madam Gloria Huze shared that the campaign will focus on market centers and women's groups, engaging in one-on-one conversations to ensure a clear understanding of the Women Development Bank's benefits.
The strategy was discussed during a media briefing held by the women's wing working committee, which aimed to equip members with detailed knowledge about the initiative.
Madam Huze called on the women's wing to unite and campaign vigorously, explaining the Bank promise and other party pledges to secure a decisive victory on December 7.
