Adjei-Mensah Korsah donates 50 motorbikes to Bono East NPP
Mr Martin Adjei-Mensah Korsah, Member of Parliament for Techiman South, has donated 50 motorbikes and an undisclosed sum of money to the Bono East Regional executives of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in preparation for the upcoming 2024 general elections.
The donation, made on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, is aimed at resourcing the 11 constituencies in the region to boost the party’s campaign efforts.
During a brief ceremony to hand over the motorbikes at the NPP Regional Secretariat, Mr. Adjei-Mensah Korsah emphasized the importance of the 2024 elections, calling it a contest between the past and the future.
He urged party executives to work tirelessly to secure votes for the NPP, stressing that the party has demonstrated its capability to manage the country’s affairs better than its political opponents.
The MP encouraged NPP members to serve as ambassadors of the party's achievements, particularly in the face of opposition propaganda, and to engage the electorate by highlighting the numerous projects and policies the NPP has implemented for the benefit of Ghanaians.
He called on them to go house-to-house to showcase the NPP's development efforts and encourage voters to support the party’s continuity in power.
“Let us ensure that we become good ambassadors of the NPP and work toward retaining the power to foster the needed development in our various communities,” Mr. Adjei-Mensah Korsah said.
Receiving the items, Bono East Regional Chairman, Bukari Baba, supported by Regional Secretary David Boakye and other party members, expressed gratitude to the Techiman South MP for his generous support.
He assured that the motorbikes would be put to effective use to help secure victory for the NPP in the 2024 polls.
