The MP who addressed the participants after the massive health walk, asserted that he was surprised the 426 containers of the drugs donated were accompanied by $45 million dollars for transport and clearance at the port, but some of the drugs still remained at the port for a year now. He indicated that, whenever an alarm was raised about the issue, some of the containers were released.

This comes almost two weeks after the Ministry of Health released a press statement informing Ghanaians and all stakeholders of the release of funds by the government to clear the rest of the health commodities from the port.

He called on his constituents to retain him in office as the Member of Parliament for the constituency and to also vote for the party's Presidential candidate, His Excellency John Dramani Mahama, for better governance and for greater job opportunities the 24 hour economy policy will provide for Ghanaians.
