Over 60 children with heart defects to undergo surgery
The Shenyang and Shenyuet Foundation was established two years ago with the aim of assisting children suffering from congenital heart defects has announced support for over sixty children Mr. YC Shen, the Global Chairman of Sunda International, addressed parents and children on the impact of these heart conditions and encouraging them to bravely undergo the necessary surgeries, assuring them that the procedure would significantly improve their health.
Under the leadership of Mr. YC Shen, the Shenyang and Sheyuet Foundation has made significant progress this year.
They have successfully operated on 41 children and plan to perform surgeries on an additional 60 children by the end of the year.
In recognition of their efforts, the National Cardiothoracic Centre presented the Foundation with a plaque, honouring their commitment to helping children with congenital heart defects.
Certificates were awarded to the children who successfully underwent surgery, with their parents proudly accepting them on their behalf. Dr. Kow Entsua-Mensah, Director of the National Cardiothoracic Centre, expressed gratitude to the parents for allowing their children to undergo life-saving surgeries.
Mrs. Mavis Quanoo, speaking on behalf of the children and their parents, expressed their immense gratitude.
She shared how the foundation restored hope for her and many others, acknowledging the profound impact of the Foundation's support.
She thanked the Foundation and the National Cardiothoracic Centre for their dedication to saving the lives of these children, invoking blessings upon them for their contributions.
