P.K Amoabeng Leadership F’dn opens applications for leadership program
The P.K. Amoabeng Leadership Foundation has opened applications for the P.K. Amoabeng Leadership Program, Cohort II, Class of 2025.
The one-year program is designed to transform the mindset of young African leaders, equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and experiences needed to lead the continent into a prosperous future.
The Program offers an unparalleled opportunity for passionate Ghanaians who aspire to become innovative, patriotic, and impactful leaders. This rigorous journey is more than just a leadership course—it’s a life-changing experience that combines mentorship, hands-on learning, and intensive personal development.
Scholars will be paired with top CEOs from Ghana, the UK, or the US, receiving personalized guidance and growth opportunities that are tailored to their specific leadership journey.
Participants will gain invaluable hands-on experience through flexible, tailored job shadowing opportunities in their field of interest, allowing them to learn directly from industry leaders.
The program will also connect with a network of influential leaders and fellow scholars, fostering collaboration and professional growth that will last a lifetime.
To be eligible for this program, applicants must:
• Be of Ghanaian nationality and between 18 to 40 years old.
• Demonstrate a potential to lead, a commitment to service, and an outstanding business mindset.
• Be able to read and write (a university degree is not required).
