Attorney-General to justify case discontinuations at press conference today

According to the Deputy Spokesperson at the Presidency, Shamima Moslem, the Attorney-General and Minister for Justice will use the platform to address public concerns, outlining the legal basis for discontinuing some cases, withdrawing others, and filing nolle prosequi in prosecutions initiated by the previous government.
Speaking on Ghana Yensom on Accra 100.5 FM on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, Miss Moslem assured that the Attorney-General would provide detailed explanations to ensure clarity on the matter.
