Your remarkable journey, spanning multiple roles as a farmer, banker, stockbroker, teacher, assembly member, and member of Parliament, is a testament to your versatility, perseverance, and passion for service.

Your 17 years as General Secretary of the NDC and current chairmanship have been instrumental in shaping the party's vision and success and that of many lives.

Your fearless leadership has inspired countless individuals, including myself, and has led the NDC to numerous victories.

Your principles, humor, and courage have earned you the respect and admiration of many even though you have been taken out of context severally on your decisions and futuristic directives. 

As a trusted father figure, mentor, and godfather, you have been a constant source of guidance and support.

Your wisdom and ability to address critical issues with humour have made you a beloved figure and some of us won't take it for granted.

Here's to many more years of celebrating your life, achievements, and contributions to society! May this special day be filled with joy, love, and cherished moments with family and friends.

Some of us will continue praying for you and your families for God's protection and Countenance over you. As stated I Psalm 91, so shall it be in your life and that of your family.
