Lil Win, noted as the Defendant, was "commanded that within eight days after service of this writ on you, inclusive of the day of service, you do cause an appearance to be entered for you".
He was warned that if he failed to register his appearance accordingly, "judgement may be given in your absence without further notice to you".

The news was broken on Accra 100.5 FM's midmorning show, Ayekoo Ayekoo, hosted by Nana Romeo.
Recently, Lil Win descended on Martha Ankomah with unprintable words. He was reacting to Martha allegedly denegrating Kumawood, a rural-Ghana film movement headquartered in Kumasi.
Lil Win, apparently, learned of urban-Ghana movie star Martha's reported disdain for Kumawood from film director Frank Fiifi Gharbin, in a private conversation. Gharbin, reportedly told Lil Win that Martha had expressed her disregard for Kumawood films, arguing they made no sense. She also said, it is alleged, she would never work with Kumawood talents.
In view of the verbal attacks, including belittling Martha's relevance in the movie industry, Gharbin has asked Lil Win to issue an unqualified apology to Martha.
Lil Win became a celebrity actor and comic via Kumawood.
