Ghana roads "horrible"; fix them – Eugy

Ghanaian-British musician, Eugy, has suggested to the Akufo-Addo-led administration to fix the deplorable roads in the country.
He observed that most of the roads in the country have become un-motorable.
According to him, the rampant accidents on the roads have led to the loss of many lives this new year.
The situation, he said, can be reduced if there are better roads in the country.
Eugy wondered why Ghana boasts of beautiful buildings but has terrible roads which are deathtraps.
Speaking with Prince Benjamin on the Class Drive on Class 91.3FM, Eugy said: “Anything I’m saying is not disrespectful, I think there’re always changes you can make everywhere you go. The roads in Ghana, I feel like we can try a little bit harder, because I don’t know why we wouldn’t have good roads when we have so many amazing things here. So, how come we’ve nice buildings and you drive through to see horrible roads? This doesn’t make sense”.
“Ghana is beautiful; even with the potholes, it’s beautiful, but if they can try and work on that, we’ll be happy… I don’t know the infrastructure in Ghana but in the UK, you can’t see a pothole there for one week, they will fold up, because the damage is the cost, that is what they don’t realise”.
Revealing the secret behind his success, Eugy entreated Ghanaians, especially his colleagues in the music industry, to be generous by supporting the needy in the country.
Eugy has released his latest song dubbed ‘Rendezvous’.
Some of his songs include: Lolo, Captain, Hold tight, Prize, Body and Love.
