Dating isn’t part of Adwoa Smart’s plans even though ‘great men’ pursue her

Adwoa Smart, born Belinda Naa Ode Oku, has revealed she is not dating anyone at the moment.
In fact, speaking to Nana Romeo on Accra 100.5 FM’s Ayekoo Ayekoo midmorning show, she said, “Dating is not part of my plans at all for this moment.”
“You only engage in some of these things when you have sorted out some critical things in your life,” she explained.
Although she disclosed she was not a virgin, she emphasised she was, also, not promiscuous.
“My mind is on more important things,” she said.
The popular film and theatre talent indicated she does not like “pressure and stress”.
She said this was another reason for staying away from amorous relationships.
“You’d get into a relationship only to find out your partner is married or with someone else,” she bemoaned. “Due to this, I don’t like these things.”
Naturally, she was asked if she had suitors.
Adwoa Smart enthusiastically responded she receives advances all the time “by God’s grace.
“These are great men but I’m only being careful so I turn them down.”
She said, however, in God’s own time, she will give someone a chance.
Ms Smart noted though she had dated in the past, she had never been married.
“I’ve been a mother before,” she footnoted.
