DUI: Actress Tiffany Haddish arrested after being found 'slumped over wheel' of running car

Actress and comedian Tiffany Haddish has been arrested after being found "slumped over the wheel of a car" while the engine was still running, police in LA said.
The 43-year-old, who shot to fame for her role in 2017 comedy film Girls Trip, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence (DUI) on Friday, Beverly Hills Police said.
Officers received reports of a car that had stopped and was blocking lanes on Beverley Drive, at around 5.45am, ABC News reported.
It comes after the Grammy and Emmy Award-winning star performed at the Laugh Factory in Los Angeles on Thursday night for a Thanksgiving dinner for the community.
She was reportedly scheduled to perform on Friday and Saturday night, ABC News said.
A spokesman for Haddish did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Last year, Haddish was arrested on suspicion of DUI in Atlanta.

Best known for the smash-hit Girls Trip, where she appeared alongside Regina Hall, Jada Pinkett Smith and Queen Latifa, Haddish has also won an Emmy for her appearance on Saturday Night Live in 2018 and a Grammy in 2021 for her special Black Mitzvah.
She has more recently starred in Apple TV+ series The Afterparty, 2018 comedy film Night School alongside Kevin Hart, and 2019 crime film The Kitchen alongside Melissa McCarthy and Elisabeth Moss.
Her debut novel The Last Black Unicorn landed a spot on the New York Times bestsellers list in 2017.
