ICPS grabs Iconic Security Card Award 2023
Intelligent Card Production Systems (ICPS), a subsidiary of Margins ID Group, has been honoured with the prestigious Iconic Smart Card Security System Company of the Decade award at the 2023 Made in Ghana Awards.
The ICPS team, upon receiving the award, expressed their gratitude for the recognition, considering it a well-deserved acknowledgement of the company's accomplishments in smart card production.
Intelligent Card Production Systems Limited (ICPS) holds ISO 9001-2015 certification and boasts a card manufacturing facility with an annual production capacity exceeding sixty (60) million cards.
The facility is purposefully designed for international certifications, including ISO, Europay-MasterCard-Visa (EMV), and SAS (GSM).
ICPS offers a comprehensive range of products, including Secure Plastic Cards (plain, magnetic stripe, smart-contact and contactless, dual interface), Milling and Embedding of modules on Cards, Tokens and documents, Scratch Cards, various Labels, and fulfilment services.
The ICPS team emphasizes its commitment to connecting people and solutions across secure physical and virtual platforms, serving industries such as Banking, Telecommunications, Food and Beverage, Hospitality and Entertainment, as well as Government and Private institutions.![]()
Mr Sam Ato Gaisie, the founder of Entrepreneurs Foundation-Ghana and organiser of the Made in Ghana Awards, in an interview, highlighted the awards' aim to celebrate indigenous and iconic manufacturing companies and promote high-quality domestic products that exemplify excellence in manufacturing practices and standards.
In total, 30 companies and individuals received awards for their contributions to the economy.
Gaisie emphasised that the awards are part of a campaign to encourage Ghanaian consumers to support Ghanaian-owned products and service industries while motivating local service industries to enhance service quality, delivery, and innovation to meet international standards.
He congratulated the awardees and encouraged Ghanaians to choose more Made in Ghana products.
