It was launched on the theme: '35 Years of Successful Housing Through Stakeholder Collaboration'.
Since its establishment, GREDA has emerged as the epicentre for housing policy initiation, unrelenting advocacy, and the promotion of public-private partnerships across the nation.
In a candid interview with Class 91.3 FM news during the media launch, the President of GREDA, Mr Patrick Ebo Bonful, expressed the Association's commitment to the cause of improving the country's housing situation.
He revealed that GREDA had consistently contributed an average of 50,000 housing units annually to the country's housing stock, underscoring their dedication to addressing the housing shortage.
Furthermore, the launch featured Doris Adabasu, the Public Relations Officer for Oak Firm, who provided assurance that the upcoming awards night would be a paragon of fairness and transparency.
