Class Media Group staff to dine and wine at maiden Founder & CEO appreciation night

The Class Media Group (CMG) has instituted an annual Founder and Chief Executive Officer Appreciation Dinner Dance to recognise the hard work of staff to the company.
The initiative is part of efforts by the media giant to recognise the stellar performance and motivate them to do more to help solidify the CMG brand.
The maiden edition takes place tonight at the plush Kempinsky Gold Coast Hotel in Accra, where selected staff from the various units will converge to dine and wine as well as familiarise with each other in to help foster unity and team spirit ahead of a new year.
The CMG, which is owned by businessman and philanthropist, Alhaji Seidu Agongo, has been undergoing a transformative phase following the appointment of Kwasi Kyei Darkwah (KKD) as CEO.
The haute couture champion, who assumed office in November 2024, has already implemented sweeping changes to enhance the media group's collective brand as well as the personal brands of its staff across the regions.
In his two months of leadership, KKD has inspired the group's workforce to recognise and unleash their inner potential through general and one-on-one mentorship and grooming sessions.
This has fostered a corporate atmosphere brimming with self-confidence, where employees are motivated to go the extra mile to achieve the vision of the Group's founder, Alhaji Agongo.
To solidify the progress, the CEO is hosting representative staff of CMG’s various units at the inaugural Founder & CEO Appreciation Dinner Dance today, Monday, 30 December 2024, at Kempinski to mark the successful end of 2024.
Under KKD's leadership, CMG has also distributed end-of-year gift packs to all employees across its regional offices.
Nicknamed "His Royal Blackness," King Kwasi Kyei Darkwah is overseeing all regional operations of the Group, which includes Class91.3FM, Accra100.5FM, No.1 (105.3FM), Kumasi104.1FM, Ho 92.5FM, Adehye FM, Dagbon FM, Sunyani FM, Taadi FM, CTV, and Classfmonline.com.
