Addressing attendees at his 74th Birthday Anniversary Thanksgiving Service at the St Syprian's Anglican Church in Kumasi, the revered occupier of the golden stool categorically stated that he has never succumbed to monetary inducements throughout his 25-year reign.
Throughout his tenure, the Asantehene has weathered a barrage of allegations, including falsehoods and misconceptions, yet he has remained steadfast in his commitment to truth and integrity.
Addressing the congregation, he reaffirmed his dedication to honesty, pledging to uphold the principles of transparency and sincerity in all his endeavours.
In a heartfelt prayer, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II beseeched divine intervention, entreating God to take control over him and give him wisdom and perseverance to be able to say the truth always.
